Chadstone Place, home to Officeworks’ national support office, is Australia’s first building to achieve Zero Carbon Certification. Led by Vicinity Centres in collaboration with Officeworks, the project transformed an existing office space into a global model for zero carbon development. The fully electrified building is powered by a 440kW on-site solar array, features natural ventilation and daylight-filled spaces, and incorporates low-carbon materials and smart retrofitting to dramatically reduce embodied carbon. Chadstone Place sets a new benchmark for sustainable, healthy work environments.
